Your data, plainly
What we store
Your email address, the details you give us (name, phone, LinkedIn, location), your CV and the text we read from it, your job preferences, the jobs we match you with, and the drafts you create — cover letters, emails, CV tweaks and interview prep. We also keep a daily count of AI drafts so no one runs out of allowance.
Your CV is private
CVs live in private storage that only your account can open. Other users can never see your CV, matches or applications. The admin manages the list of employers and can see a basic list of accounts (email, join date, whether set-up is done) — never your documents.
How AI is used
To read your CV, score jobs and write drafts, the relevant text is sent to an AI service at the moment you use it. It isn't used to advertise to you, and we never sell or share your data.
Contacting employers
We only show hiring contacts published on company or job pages. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf — you send every email yourself.
Delete any time
In Settings, "Delete everything" permanently erases your account, CV, matches and applications straight away.
